Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 24-48 hours for processing and dispatch. We consider an order "dispatched" when it’s handed off to our shipping carrier and on its way to you.

Shipping Time
After processing, orders typically arrive within 6–12 business days. These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, local carriers, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rate
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of products in your cart. This ensures that you receive a fair price tailored to your order size.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order has been sent out.

Wrong Address Delivery
It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the correct shipping address. If you put the wrong shipping address, please email us immediately at support@rowdypaw.co. We will do our best to make the change. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If it is too late for our team to make changes to your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we will charge you a new shipping fee to ship it to the right address.
